Early 18th Century Oak Lowboy

A lovely little George 1st Oak Lowboy of small proportions of light honey colour retaining its original handles.
The lowboy has a shaped apron and nicely executed lappet knee above straight cabriole legs. Although this is a country piece of furniture the maker has had the skills to enable him to miter his dovetails on the drawer backs.

70 cm high ,71cm wide  ,54cm deep
